<image:caption>This development of 46 houses is part of a wider masterplan for around 2,500 new homes south-east of Milton Keynes. This phase provides 4 bedroom houses around two sides of a new park with 3 bedroom houses behind provided as mews style streets.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Ovington Square, Kensington - for Marshall Hurley</image:title>
<image:caption>This duplex apartment was completely refurbished and extended to provide a modern living space that made the most of the garden space. There are three bedrooms on the entry level so a feature staircase draws visitors down to the reception spaces. Thin-framed sliding doors make the most of the view out to the new landscaped garden space. The separated kitchen has an island breakfast bar for informal eating with the formal dining space nearby. The huge living space includes a discreet home office space with views out to the garden. The accommodation is completed by a family bathroom, en-suite to the master bedroom, visitor cloakroom and utility room.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Crabtree Hall Duplexes, Hammersmith - for Marshall Hurley</image:title>
<image:caption>7 different upper and lower ground level loft-style duplexes were created on the ground floor of this warehouse building in Hammersmith. The space has been split into upper and lower levels to create cosy bedrooms whilst the main living spaces have generous ceiling heights.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Crabtree Hall Penthouses, Hammersmith - for Marshall Hurley</image:title>
<image:caption>This scheme provides two new 2 bedroom penthouses on the top of an existing warehouse style building just yards from the River Thames. Both flats have terraces with spectacular views of the river and walk round terraces on all sides. Full height windows make the most of views all round and bring masses of light into these dual-aspect apartments. High quality finishes and fittings throughout complete the interiors.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Modular Houses - for Places for People</image:title>
<image:caption>Designed for construction in a factory and assembly on site these prototype 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses provide contemporary interior spaces for modern living. All houses feature integrated home working spaces, clever storage and seat/coat store near the entrance. The houses are designed to suit the specific manufacturing methods of the modular factory.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Portobello Square, Kensington - for PRP/Catalyst</image:title>
<image:caption>The regeneration of the Wornington Green Estate provides 1,000 mixed-tenure flats and houses. This first phase delivers over 300 homes drawing on the traditional typologies of mews houses, townhouses, terraces and mansion blocks for inspiration. The masterplan reinstates some of the Victorian street pattern which was lost when the estate was built in the 1970’s. The careful design retains a large number of mature trees, some of which are over 100 years old. At the centre of the scheme an existing park is re-provided as a new London Square.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Clay Farm, Cambridge - for PRP/Skanska</image:title>
<image:caption>This development includes a number of innovative house designs including the three and four storey ‘generational’ townhouses. These were designed for maximum family flexibility with a mews style garage to the rear and a ‘granny flat’ above, linked to the main house. This allows a degree of separation and privacy for guests, an aged parent, a teenager, a lodger or nanny, but keeps them connected to the family by an enclosed corridor that also serves as a quiet space.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Royal Clarence Yard, Gosport - for JTP/Berkeley Homes</image:title>
<image:caption>Royal Clarence yard was established in 1831 as the victualling yard for the Royal Navy, supplying fresh water, beer, salt meat, biscuits and rum. The site includes two Conservation Areas and eighteen Grade II and II* Listed buildings. The facility became redundant in the late 1990’s by which time all of the historic buildings were in a poor state. The development saved all of these buildings and included sensitive new additions and infills providing approximately 680 apartments and houses, a substantial amount of mixed commercial space and a new 130 berth marina.</image:caption>

<image:title>Projects - Riverside, Bedford - for PRP/CoPlan Estates</image:title>
<image:caption>This mixed-use development in the centre of Bedford provides restaurants, cafes, small retail, gym, cinema, hotel and 60 apartments. The south-facing river-fronting restaurants create a new culinary destination in the town with quality offers including Wagamama, Zizi’s and Miller & Carter. A new bridge links the north and south riversides giving southern residents better access into the town centre.</image:caption>
